Generally, our products are finished primarily using DTG (Direct to Garment) technology. This means the design is printed directly onto the product. We also offer this technique with flex or flock transfer. For mugs, we use sublimation printing. We also offer embroidery upon request, or even on some products, such as caps.

We typically require two business days to produce orders. Including shipping, it will normally take four to five business days for your order to arrive. Please note, however, that depending on the season (e.g., Christmas), delays may occur due to the freight carrier.

For products with a stick, processing and delivery will be delayed to approximately 7 working days.

Yes, you do! You can return your order at any time within two weeks of receipt. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns. If a quality defect occurs, please contact us at info@hw-shirts.de.

For textile products, we recommend washing at temperatures no higher than 30°C and turning inside out. This will preserve the product's colors and design for longer. Tumble drying is not recommended.

Wash mugs by hand if possible. While sublimation printing is scratch-resistant, it can fade more quickly if washed in a dishwasher.

For orders under €30.00, we charge a flat fee of €3.99. For orders over €30.00, shipping is free.

Yes, it can. Primarily with DTG finishing. Here, the base color of the respective products plays a role. The deviations from the product images are minimal.

Deviations can also occur if, for example, a black product is to be printed with a rather black design. In this case, the printing system automatically adjusts the brightness. For black, the color will lighten slightly, turning into a dark gray.

Yes, that can happen. The products are placed manually on the transfer presses or printing plates. Of course, a few millimeters of deviation may occur. This does not constitute a quality defect.
